IT IS A CONDITION PRECEDENT FOR EVERY ORDER WE RECEIVE, NO MATTER HOW MADE, THAT IT IS SUBJECT TO OUR TERMS AND CONDITIONS OF SALE.

Please note that we accept INITIAL orders by a signed order form or letter which may be mailed or e-mailed to us.  We recommend you use our pro forma order form, which you can print after clicking on Order FormTHIS IS NOT AN ELECTRONIC ORDER FORM but is designed to be printed, then filled in and mailed.

Our order form is made available for your convenience but its use is not mandatory.  Many customers like to send their order in a spread sheet (usually MS Excel) or a word processor (usually MS Word) or a pdf file or directly within the e-mail itself.  We have the capability to open most forms of spread sheet and word processor, except perhaps the real exotics.  Needless to say, if we can not open it, you will be advised.

Please note that we do not accept telephone orders.

You can help us by completing all the required information, to ensure your order is promptly filled, viz:

  • the price list title (on page 1 of each list)
  • the date of your order
  • the items you require and the prices from our lists
  • your name and address, e-mail address and phone number
  • if paying by credit card, the credit card number, expiry date, 3 digit CVV security code, the EXACT name on the card, amount, and your signature [Minimum purchase $30]
  • allowances for postage, packing and insurance (see our Terms & Conditions)
  • your message, if applicable.

Your assistance in this matter is greatly appreciated, especially with the first order. (Long-time customers know we are adept at deciphering a few squiggles on a page, but this is not possible for new customers.)

If more convenient, SUBSEQUENT orders may be made by e-mail. To access this service, you must complete our E-mail Orders Authorisation Form and dispatch the completed form by mail.  Once received, you may then e-mail orders to us (including the above information) and include words such as "please charge my usual credit card".  Orders compiled by your own spreadsheet or word processor and included as e-mail attachments are welcome.

Please note that you should avoid sending complete credit card information in a single e-mail. This is a risky procedure which can be mitigated by breaking the credit card information (number/expiry/cvv) across multiple e-mails.

Alternatively, if you have scanning and pdf encryption capability, scan your order, convert it to a pdf file and encrypt it.  Then e-mail the encrypted file to us.  Wait a couple of days and e-mail the password under sparate cover.  Once we have your credit card details, there is no need to advise them again unless there are changes to any of the card details.
